Every role supports our mission to provide structured transitional housing, mental health support, and employment readiness for adults returning from incarceration.

Do i need special qualifications to volunteer or mentor? No special certification is required to volunteer. However, mentors must complete a screening process, orientation, and training to ensure they understand our accountability-based structure and trauma-informed approach. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and committed.

How much time commitment is Required? Time commitments vary by role. Volunteers may support one-time events or ongoing programs. Mentors are typically asked to commit to consistent weekly or bi-weekly engagement to help maintain stability and accountability for residents.
