Get Help
To be eligible for placement, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Age 18 or older
-
Legally authorized to reside in the United States

Released from incarceration within the past 30 days

Demonstrate need for transitional housing

Participate in intake and assessment

Agree to comply with program rules and case management requirements
Important: We maintain a sober, safe environment with zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol.

Intake process
Applicants begin with an intake assessment and needs review. We identify immediate priorities such as identification, employment readiness, mental health support, and housing stability.
What To Expect

Orientation
Residents receive orientation that explains daily schedules, program expectations, and how progress reviews work.

Program timeline
Length of stay is open and depends on progress and readiness. Each resident follows an individualized plan with check-ins, goal milestones, and a transition plan before discharge.

Participant journey
As residents progress, focus shifts to employment, financial stability, and securing permanent housing.
